Please be aware that all participants in ATC Brokers Prop engage in a simulated proprietary trading evaluation program designed to assess trading performance under hypothetical market conditions. All accounts are demo accounts operating exclusively in a simulated trading environment. No actual trades are executed on live financial markets, and no brokerage services, execution services, or investment activities are provided. All account balances are entirely virtual and represent notional capital only. The services provided are for evaluation and educational purposes only.
Fees paid by participants are generally non-refundable service fees for access to the simulated trading program and related services. Such fees are not client money, investment deposits, or funds held for trading on the participant's behalf, and they do not earn interest, returns, or profit sharing of any kind. Payment of fees does not create any fiduciary duty, custodial relationship, investment relationship, or advisory relationship between the participant and the Company.
